Programme Overview

Erasmus+ Incoming Staff Mobility under KA131 enables academic and administrative personnel from partner universities in Programme Countries to carry out short-term teaching or training activities at FSMVU. This mobility promotes knowledge sharing, academic collaboration, and intercultural learning within a European framework.

Duration & Requirements

Mobility duration and participation details are outlined below:

Application Procedure

Incoming staff applications are organized between the home and host institutions under a valid Erasmus+ Inter-institutional Agreement.

  • The home institution selects and nominates staff participants.
  • Nomination details and the Teaching/Training Plan are sent to FSMVU International Programs Unit (IPU).
  • FSMVU reviews and issues an official Letter of Invitation.
  • Participants confirm visit dates and finalize travel arrangements before arrival.

Financial Support

Financial support for incoming staff is provided directly by the home university under the Erasmus+ programme. FSMVU does not provide additional grants or payments for incoming participants.

Certificate of Attendance

At the end of the mobility, FSMVU International Programs Unit (IPU) provides a Certificate of Attendance summarizing the teaching or training activities conducted during the visit. Participants may also bring their home institution’s template for official signature and stamp.
