Visiting Fatih Sultan Mehmet Vakıf University
Fatih Sultan Mehmet Vakıf University (FSMVU) welcomes academic and administrative staff from partner and invited institutions under Erasmus+ and other international cooperation programs. We are pleased to host colleagues who wish to visit our university for teaching, training, or job shadowing.
Overview
Colleagues interested in visiting FSMVU as incoming staff are kindly requested to contact the International Programs Unit (IPU) directly to organize their visit and coordinate the required documentation. FSMVU hosts teaching, training, and job-shadowing staff under Erasmus+ and other global cooperation initiatives.
Application Procedure
Please send the following documents via email to ipo@fsm.edu.tr before your planned visit:
- Application Form — signed and stamped by home university
- Curriculum Vitae (CV) and Letter of Recommendation
- ID or Passport Copy
- Proof of English Proficiency (minimum B1)
- Digital Photo for ID registration
Important Notes
- Mobility dates are scheduled by mutual agreement between FSMVU and the home institution.
- FSMVU does not provide financial support for visiting staff; expenses must be covered by the home institution or the individual.
- An official Letter of Invitation is issued upon approval.
- Upon completion, FSMVU provides a Certificate of Attendance for the activities performed.
