IAESTE – International Technical Internship Program
International technical internship mobility for Architecture and Engineering students of FSMVU.
About IAESTE
IAESTE - The International Association for the Exchange of Students for Technical Experience - is an organization that provides internship abroad opportunities for the Faculty of Architecture and Design and the Faculty of Engineering students to have technical experience related to their studies and to gain international practice abroad.
It enables Engineering and Architecture students to do their compulsory internships, which can range between 4 weeks minimum to 52 weeks maximum, through mutual exchange in about 80 different countries.
This program aims to train qualified engineers/architects specialized in their fields by creating an international bridge between students, companies, and universities, and to contribute to cooperation, teamwork, solidarity, and volunteering culture.

Student Candidacy Requirements
- Being a student of FSMVU Faculty of Architecture and Design or Faculty of Engineering
- Minimum 2nd year
- Minimum GPA of 2.00 / 4.00
- Minimum 70 points from the FSMVU IAESTE English language exam
Undergraduate students have priority. Graduated students cannot benefit from the program.
IAESTE Student Committee
IAESTE Turkey member universities establish student committees to help students actively participate and benefit from the program.
An IAESTE Student Committee will be formed at FSMVU under the International Student Club, open to students from Architecture and Engineering departments.
Announcements will be made via the International Student Club and the Department of International Relations social media accounts.
