Deadlines for Submission of Applications

Incoming Erasmus students must follow the official application periods below.

Fall Semester: April 15 - End of June
Spring Semester: September 1 - End of December

Required Documents

You are required to fill out the documents listed below and send a scanned copy by e-mail and the originals by regular post.

  1. FSMVU Application Form
  2. Online Learning Agreement (via learning-agreement.eu )
  3. Copy of your National ID
  4. Copy of your Passport
  5. Europass CV
  6. Student Certificate (in English)
  7. Transcript of Records (in English)
  8. Digital Biometric Photo
    (Additionally, 5 printed biometric photos are required for the residence permit application.)
  9. Residence Permit and Insurance Form
  10. English Language Proficiency Certificate
  11. Letter of Motivation

After the online application form is completed, the Erasmus coordinator of the relevant department together with the International Programs Unit will review the application and send a Letter of Acceptance to the home institution.
