Deadlines for submission of application for 2022-2023:

Fall Semester: April 15- End of June
Spring Semester: September 1- End of December

You need to fill in and send to us scanned copy by email and the original by regular post required documents:

1. Student Application Form (Please fill the Application Form for Erasmus Students on computer, have it signed and stamped to your institution)
2. Learning Agreement (signed and stamped by your faculty coordinator in your home institution)
3. Residence Permit and Insurance Form
4. ID and Passport
5. Four (4) biometric photographs (Taken within the last 6 months, with a white background 
6. Student Certificate
7. Transcript of Records
8. a proof of vaccination: certificate demonstrating full vaccination with the necessary doses.

After filling out online application form, Erasmus coordinator regarding to the student’s program and the International Programs Coordinatorship will send a "Letter of Acceptance" to the home instutition.
