All students have to be nominated through erasmus@fsm.edu.tr by their Home University.

We kindly request you to complete and sign documents, and send them at once.

Application Documents:

1- FSMVU Application Form

2- Online Learning Agreement (https://learning-agreement.eu/)

3- A copy of your ID

4- A copy of your passport

5- Europass CV

6- Student Certificate (in English)

7- Transcript of Records (in English)

8- A Digital Biometric Photo (Additionally 5 photos are needed for the residence permit application)

9- Residence Permit and Insurance Form

10- English Language Proficiency Certificate

11- Letter of Motivation
