Duration of the Mobility

Erasmus Incoming Staff Mobility (Teaching/Training) involves a period of mobility activity (min. 2 days and max.2 months) at FSMVU.

Application Criteria

An official letter of invitation will be prepared by the FSMVU International Programs Office staff and sent to the partner university related department.

Requirements

Incoming Staff can teach at FSMVU between 2 working days and 8 weeks. The minimum requirement for a teaching assignment is 8 teaching hours (per week).

Incoming administrative staff, research assistants and technical staff and also academic staff from a higher education institution in an Erasmus+ Programme Country can apply for training mobility.

Financial Support

Financial support for incoming staff is provided by the home university.

Certificate of Attendance

After the mobility at FSMVU, International Programs Office will prepare a Certificate of Attendance comprising the activities of the teaching/training staff during the mobility. If incoming staff would like to use their university’s format, they should bring it with them. FSMVU Department staff will fill the form and sign/stamp it.
