Application Guideline for Incoming Erasmus Students 2017 –2018

Autumn Term

(First Semester and Full year)

Spring Term

(Second Semester)

 Nomination deadline:

15th May

Application deadline:

30th June

All students have to be nominated by e-mail (to: vaghayeva@fsm.edu.tr / erasmus@fsm.edu.tr) by their Home University.

We kindly request you to complete and sign documents, and send application documents:

1. Application Form 

2. Learning Agreement

3. Transcript of Records

4. Passport size photo (please bring 5 more photos with you to use for residence permit application after your arrival)
