I study Turkish language and literature so choosing one of the universities in Istanbul to enrich my knowledge was a logical choice. I have spent five magical months in the most beautiful city in the world and I would recommend everyone to experience life in Istanbul. The professors, the students, and the Erasmus coordinators in the Erasmus Office of the Fatih Sultan Mehmet Vakif University were all so helpful and welcoming. I can definitely say that during my Erasmus program I learned new skills, made new friends, and most importantly I have improved my knowledge of the Turkish language. Even if you don't study Turkish, Istanbul and Fatih Sultan Mehmet Vakif University are a choice which you will not regret!
